Acne is a term used to describe a combination of whiteheads, blackheads, papules, pustules, and nodules. Although it is commonly linked to oily skin, in certain cases acne can appear in people with dry and combination skin types.
WHAT IS IT?
Acne can be a manifestation of several things such as hormonal imbalances, poor gut health, the liver not detoxifying properly, nutrient deficiencies and much more. This is why we believe that there isn’t a one size fits all approach to acne and each individual needs to have their cause investigated.
